Cheap cheap cheap insurance. Which means no customer service. They do not communicate in the event of a claim, Pushed from pillar to post trying to get answers. Why does no one call you back? I have chased and chased. You get the picture. 2 weeks later car unrepaired and being returned to me. Still Hastings have not told me this. I can honestly say this is the worst "customer service (non customer service more like) I have encountered. Avoid and pay the extra at renewal. Over 2 weeks of stress and sleepless nights caused by Hastings for the sake of saving £50 quid. Not next year!!!
I wish I knew the lack of customer service would hinder my claim.
