“Can't even get a name right”

We wanted to get Lonsdale products for our store in Canada, sportdirect being the owner of the brand was contacted many times to answer 2 questions one about VAT - that shouldn't be charged when goods are leaving the country and one about using our own transporter for the goods... It took over 4 exchanges to get a comprehensible answer...

I sign all my email and my name is "Audrey" I have been called Dear Canada and Dear Sir--- I had to get mad and put pressure to get a final answer (which wasn't satisfying) and under no circumstances I would do business with them. I now understand why Lonsdale is under represented in North America....Who can put up with that first and the credibility of the lonsdale brand suffers because of lack of tack and knowledge from the employees who are doing and half-a** job. I wonder if someone there could even get an order right after such a bad experience... I recommend it to no-one.

at least that explains the cheap prices the sell for, still not worth the trouble.
