Not a happy bunny, I ordered a bracelet for my daughter who had pointed out an advert in a magazine...ordered it and monies taken out of my account straight away, that was 3 weeks ago...I have emailed the '1 hour reply' customer service 4 times and not had any response....Im disgusted!! Appalled!!
