“Very expensive piece of Junk”

I bought my TomTom about 2 months ago and have had about 10 Minutes of use from it. The unit just can not find Satellites all the time. If I stand still and hold it in my hand outside of the car its fine...but as soon as I start to move it drops off and go searching for Satellites. The Map goes spinning round like its in a stupor or places me in someone's Paddock.
The support site says I have to update it almost daily with a file called GPS Fix (what the ??) what is the use of the product if I have to remove it from the car and connect it to a computer with Internet everyday just to update satellite locations....my Garmin does not need that and it works perfectly every time.
I have wasted AU$260.00 and will not recommend or buy another TomTom.
