No one ever calls back! They charged me twice for my mumbership on 01/08/2013, its now the 19/08/2013 and im still waiting for a refund. The memberships are over priced for the facilities they offer. Ive been on the phone to them 4 times already, each time someone said that they will get the membership department to call me back.

The staff are friendly towards their customers BUT that is the only positive to take from the experience.

The front desk is freindly but their overall customer service is appauling.

I would recommend this gym to NOBODY.

Go to Virgin Active in Stockley Park, cheaper with the more facilities and the customer service is A LOT better.
