“The recliner chair that lasted 4 months!”

I bought a Lars Rise Recliner Chair last October. Within 4 months the leather on one side was showing wear,which got worse by the day. After contacting them they sent a box to pack it up in and send back to the manufacturers.
A few days later they changed their mind and sent an engineer to examine the chair and give a report.
That is the last I have heard from them.
The chair, which cost me £465 is in the box they supplied,in my garage and they refuse to reply to letters emails or return my phone calls.
So for £465 I have had a chair that lasted 4 months and is now too worn to use.
Do not touch this company with a 20 foot barge pole,they may be cheap but the customer service is abysmal to non-existent and it ends up being costly in the end.
