“Bitterly Disappointed”

We were looking forward to our holiday but with just over a week before we were due to leave a travel republic representative called me to say that due to an error, travel republic had not reserved the room which we had booked and offered me an alternative. I accepted as we had already booked everything else for our holiday.
When we arrived, the hotel was not comparable with the hotel which we had booked although it was exactly the same price.
There was no pool or TV which our original hotel had and there was no air conditioning.
We have been left bitterly disappointed as this was a special holiday to mark a special occasion.
I really do not advise using travel republic if you have your heart set on a particular holiday
