Booked our holiday with literally days to go and got the resort we wanted. Other High Street companies couldn't manage this, as we had tried before finding Sunmaster. No flights available with Monarch we were told. Booked with Sunmaster , and we flew with Monarch.Call centre staff very helpful and did exactly as they said they would do to the letter. Got to a point where my printer would not print the travel documents so phoned and explained this to Sunmaster and they re-sent the documents to my work e-mail within 10 minutes so that l could print them there.
Best call centre dealing l have had in a long long time.
