I made enquiries by telephone and the assistant was particularly helpful with all my questions. Payment was taken quickly and without fuss. The couriers were very helpful with several text messages detailing the parcel's progress, which arrived very promptly indeed. VERY happy with both the coat and service. Would recommend unreservedly
