“Took more than 3 days to get a confirmation n finally...”

Itinerary was confirmed and then comes the message that the documents submitted does not meet requirement and the booking is cancelled. WHole episode takes over 3 days and the response even though automated is much delayed. .Reliability is questionable and so would not at all recommend this site to anyone.
