I had selected a pair of wetsuits to purchase and several pairs of Vans trainers also to be sent out to Australia. My initial order was processed and then your banking agent refused the funds. i was notified of this rather promptly but the issue wasnt clearly explained in the first correspondence and it was implied that it was my error. the funds took a number of days to reappear in my account. After further correspondence it was believed that because the delivery address and billing address were different and it was an oversea order that had caused the issue.
In the meantime I tried to process a second order (now of reduced size) a single wetsuit and two pairs of Vans. I was again initially informed this order had been processed, only to be contacted later to say that the transaction had again been problematic because a postal fare should have been applied for the shipping of the trainers (wetsuits were free). I was requested to pay an extra fee via paypal - a service I do not like using since my account has been hacked on multiple occasions previously. I requested the agent remove the trainers from the order and simply ship the wetsuit. this was completed and I immediately asked that as the transaction was ok this time could they retrospectively arrange for shipping to an alternate address to the billing address as I had tried to undertake in the first instance - the request was refused.
