“SMALL FRIES WORTH MORE THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Was threatened with "I'm calling the Police to have you arrested" when I refused to move from the drive thru window. My order was not correct, and it was no fault of my own. Female manager with a very unprofessional attitude threaten me the statement above. This was a horrific event that could have been handled differently. But instead because this manager made the decision that a small order of fries where worth more than customer satisifaction. Oh and by the way, she made the threat to me with my 5 year old grandson in the car. The fries were for him and he would not have let me forget to order them.
