“DAL - First Class Service”

I called DAL almost three years ago why debt spiralled out of control to the extent it was larger than one year's salary - in excess of £35K. They quickly explained the situation and sorted the Debt Management Plan out for me. they managed the creditors despite them continually calling me. I had a couple of hiccups along the way but they were sorted very quickly. When I called staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. I know that there are cheaper companies out there but they really do as it says on the tin. I just finished paying my final creditor off today in just under three years. All I can say is thank you to DAL.

The only think I probably wish I had known before entering into the agreement was the fact that it took two months of payments before letters/agreements were made with my creditors and all that time I was being continually harassed by those who I owed money to.
