I really needed to lose weight and as I exercise regularly knew it was down to the food that I was eating. I researched lots of different diets and liked the idea of monitoring my eating on-line. I joined Tesco Diets and liked the fact you can choose a specific diet plan (I use the diabetes plan)and you can design your own weekly plan. I struggled in the first week with getting used to the plan and eating smaller portions but you soon get used to it and can choose from a variety of meals, swapping and changing depending on what you fancy. I have lost 9 lbs in 6 weeks and I am really motivated in reaching my target weight. I have uploaded my measurements and have really noticed a difference in my clothes. The only drawback to the Tesco diet on-line is the app/website. When you try to edit your meals it does not always find the ingredients or measurements even though they are available in store as Tesco's own products which can be frustrating at times. However having said that I am having success and would recommend this to anyone to try as it is great value for money.
