“Avoid”

Shouldn't be allowed to operate in UK, unfit for purpose.
Website is unstable, only works (sort of) with obsolete versions of IE.
Prices often unavailable or out of date on anything but the most common UK stocks.
Customer service by phone non-existent (once you get through the interminable wait) - no-one ever has any authority to do anything, and they NEVER call you back.
They are unable to deal with any but the most simple of corporate actions.
A disgraceful outfit.
