“Sent wrong bike. Twice.”

I ordered a Ridgeback Flight 04 2013, 60 cm frame.
-First they sent me the 2011 model - completely different. I sent this back.
Very annoyed/ disappointed to receive completely the wrong bike.
-then they sent me the 2013 version, but 58cm not the 60cm I'd ordered.

I decided to just keep the 58cm bike - frame size felt fine, and they use TNT - who deliver anytime between 9-6, so I'd wasted 3 days already waiting for the delivery or pick up.

But was very disappointed they didn't just send me what I ordered. That would seem like a basic.... if you are a shop... to deliver what the customer ordered.... you know - the first time.
