“Bad communication”

Purchase of the clubs straight forward and simple , I then left a note for ups delivery to leave clubs in secure driveway or contact me which they did neither tyres to contact golfbidder twice with no reply as ups stated that for them to adhere to my request they needed confirmation from golfbidder after my parcel failed to be deliverd twice and a further email a member of staff contacted me basically gave no help was very rude and left me me no further on with my problem even though a said I was going to cancel order
I was then contacted by an other member of staff whom I emailed previous who was far more courteous and within 10 mins had sorted problem out and clubs left as I instructed
So take heed if delivery going to be an issue
Ps clubs arrived more used and worn than I expected but could not be bothered with any more hassle
