Having obtained at least a dozen case numbers for broadband issues raised, a promise of recompense and someone to see my problem right through until it was resolved, 9 months later I still have slow intermittent broadband and a serious lack of customer service, as an IT technician I have done all the tests that I am able to do as a customer and still every time I contact Sky its back to square one....please press the reset button on your router.....have you replaced the filter on your phone line?.......
