I love the clothes on ASOS but time and time again, my packages are lost. I think that this may be the case with a lot of international customers. We need to petition somehow so that ASOS will begin to secure tracking numbers for packages because this is completely absurd and rediculous. This is probably the third time that my package was lost. Another time I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a pair that I did not order so there is clearly something wrong with the ordering and mailing system. FIx it ASOS or you will lose many customers. Another issue is that they just made a US site. I was thinking that my order would arrive in an even less amount of time. I was completely wrong. They took 3-4 days from the date of order to actually ship my package. This is the same package that I've been waiting over a month for. And the incentive that is given if an order goes missing or is wrong does not amount to the stress and hassle that customers have to deal with. Who cares about receiving 10% off my next order if you lose my package. What company in their right mind does not have some sort of method for tracking packages. Every clothing company or store that I know gives the buyer a way to track their package if it is not given rest assure they have a method for tracking the package. ASOS please DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SELLING PRACTICES or ELSE YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!
