“very poor service”

33 days!!! and still no sight of a tint plastic bottle of chain wax from asia to australia. impossible to use their tracking service as it keeps coming up as invalid. only info i can get is "dispatched". i will be asking for my mony back along with the goods as compensation for wasting time and aggravation in chasing this up. lets see what they do.theres no specific email or phone contact for late orders, just a generic company contact so i dont even know if my complaint will go to the right person. my advice dont come here at all.
