“Resonable system with suberb customer support ”

After being left with a spare ticket to an Iron maiden show on the 2nd of August and with less than a week to go, I decided to try and sell the ticket via seatwave. While the ticket service they offer was fine, due to restrictions placed at the event, I had a small problem and had to contact cutomer support which they then quickly resolved. I then received a email the next day telling me it was sold, followed shortly after with the instructions for the hand over. Again due to the event I had to take the person in to the event with me when I went to the venue rather than just handing it over to seatwave, so had to wait at the seatwave office outside the O2, it was here the service became excellent, my buyer was running very late but the two blond staff members were very friendly, continued to keep me informed while trying to contact the buyer and even provided me with refreshments while I waited. When the buyer did not show, they were able to confirm I would still receive my payment and that I should leave and enter the concert. Having just received my payment I can honestly say that what could have been a miserable experience was saved by the competent and friendly staff at the shop
