“Disgusting customer service”

I placed an order on 26th July and have still not received my order! When i queried this, apparently this was attempted to be delivered 4 times, but no delivery card was left. I emailed 1st August and gave my work address. Have emailed about 10 times since and everytime it has been picked up by a different person. I have been told today this could ha lve been collected from delivery office but i was never told this was with the delivery office. No one has had decency to call me, emails are not being addressed and you can not contact anyone. I will never ever use boohoo again or reccommend. Today i got an email saying it is being returned to boohoo asking for my work address even though i gave this on the 1st of august. Emailing customer services and not even apologising it is disgusting.

Even tweeted the Owner how appaling the service is and nothing back, they dont care about their customers!!!!

I would use atos and misguided. This is a joke!!!!
