“Went out of their way”

Excellent customer service from the advisor in Customer Services. Placed an on-line order on Friday (2.8.13) and after confirmation email arrived and was unsure if Gore Fusion 2.0 shorts I'd ordered included a liner. Called Customer Services and spoke to her she checked on the system, looked through a catalogue and then Google'd product. As she was unsure she suggested she intercept the order, check it and call me Monday. As promised she called on Monday am. Confirmed shorts had liner and dispatched. Arrived today (Tuesday). Amazing speed for free delivery and she went out of her way to help. This was a replacement for faulty order and unresolved issue from Wiggle. Will certainly use Evans for next purchase.
