“Excellent Customer Service”

I ordered a new scooter for my son as a gift when my baby arrived he wanted to take it with him when he visited his dad during the 6 week holidays. The website and ordering system was easy quick and simple to use. The delivery person couldn't find our address and therefore another day was added onto the delivery date - I contacted skates via email they offered to get the scooter to me before lunch when my son was leaving to go to his Dads (2.5 hours away) or would deliver another and I could return the other if it happened to be delivered and not returned to them in between. I am always impressed with skates prompt response to queries regardless of the value or query of items. The only downside was that a couple of things were missing from his bonus pack that he got free with the scooter - I haven't bothered contacting them about this as it was free and haven't had chance but I'm in no doubt if I did the issue would be quickly and efficiently dealt with.
