Several months after I purchased a bargain pack of cartridges for my Epsom S21 I replaced one of the colours but the machine refused to accept it. No matter what I tried it wouldn’t have it so I used the email address on the invoice and even though it was Sunday got a prompt reply and an offer of my money back for the cartridge or a replacement. I opted for a replacement and the very next day it was sent out to me. When they say “NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE” it’s true. The ink is great too, it lasts ages and best photo quality I’ve had on this printer all the years I’ve had it.
