“Booking ticket”

The agent spoke nicely and I trusted him,but now I am having second thoughts.
The thing is I initially booked 2nd to the 17th because I knew I had to be back by the 18th for work on the 19th, but when the details came through for me to check to confirm it showed the 18th return reaching in on the 19th, so I sent back email saying can I have return date on the 17th ,but my wishes was totally ignored. But because I wanted to start my holiday early I went ahead and pay, but the agent reassured me that he can change the date. I am still waiting for this to be done. I am scared to recommend working people who have set dates for holiday. It's not good enough.. Customer Chika
