I URGE EVERYONE TO NOT SHOP AT ASOS

I ordered a pair of boots off the website (I should have read all the reviews first) after 20 days they are still not here (10 day max delivery). I have contacted "customer care" 5 times and not once was I responded to by a human being. After reading hundreds of reviews I realize I am not the first one to be ripped off by ASOS.

I now just hope I get a full refund, which may take months.

*I put 1 star for value for money & quality of website because nothing that has caused this much frustration should get more than one star*
