“keep a spare hillbilly for parts”

I have a hill billy for my wife and one for me. I bought two used ones on Craigslist to use for spares and after 5 years all the parts on the spares have gone to keep the two running. I'm now having an intermittent problem where one cart stops for no reason and then will start up again after a few minutes. I've replaced everything except the controller board with no success. If you aren't mechanically and electrically inclined I'd look for another cart.
