“Dreading the holiday 5 days before going booking wrong...”

Called the number for flight times and  green dots answered! Could not understand me, sold me a 3 star hotel as a 4 star, gave me transfers but have never experienced a paid for transfer not picking up or dropping off at the hotel! Still can't check in my flights as she got my email address wrong after I spelt it out 3 times to her, I've called 5 times since Sunday trying to get confirmation on everything!
I'm so angry first thing in the morning calling to cancel everything and start again somewhere else!
