“Don't buy from Sports HQ - after sales is non-existant”

Bought a Confidence Golf Pro trolley which I used 7 times and had for only one month when the handle splitin two places.

I contacted via e mail Sports HQ to complain and sent photos. At first they said they hadn't got my e mail, so I sent it again. Their response was that it was "wear and tear" and bad storage. I hadn't even told them where I stored it. Their customer service is diabolical.
