“Very unprofessional”

I made it very clear to them I needed the car picked up at a certain time. They assured me they would be there. They were late I had to call them and they told me it would be another hour. Hour went by they were not there. When they finally got there they said they could only give me half of the original proce that I was told. And the guy had the nerve to ask me to steer the car for him while im holding my three month old. Very unprofessional!!!
