“Bad experience”

Good deal on flight shown on website, rang to confirm, to be told a price over twice as much - therefore should not have been displayed on website as such.

On booking flight, asked to confirm tickets whilst agent on phone, which I did, only to find discrepancy on ticket - going from Heathrow, when wanted Manchester. Was told by agent that I had confirmed this to which I replied only because I was being badgered to do so whilst agent still on phone. For future reference, client must be given time to check details. To cancel this cost over £300 before even booking flight.

Issues with payment, wanted to pay half debit, half credit card, no option to do so. Did not have adequate credit limit on credit card, my father ended up paying and I transfer funds to him.

Eventually booked flight after 13 phone calls from agent, e-mail errors and language barriers.

Still quite worried, 3 separate flights from Manchester to Melbourne with a 12 hour wait in Paris.

Ended up in tears - terrible experience.
