If you need to cancel a holiday on behalf of someone, the you're stuffed. My brother is in ICU and had booked a holiday, after 2 emails the replied with, " we will respond in 28 days". I've tried ringing them and have just been left on hold for a week and a half. I don't need this at this moment in time. I rang the sales team but they can't help, the advice they gave me was to ring the number again and wait until somebody answers it, how many hours?
