Booking a hotel with HotelDirect.co.uk was a simple process. The email confirmation came almost immediately, with a further confirmation email arriving just before we left home for our hotel stay. This was very reassuring and was a very nice touch.
The hotel itself was as described, and the room had everything we were expecting.
We will definitely use HotelDirect.co.uk again, and will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.
