“Horrible Customer Service and Follow Up”

After their online booking system wasn't working, I rang Crystal Travel and booked over the phone. I was passed around from person to person to book a simple one way flight. When I received my booking confirmation email there were additional fees for the staff that were not previously mentioned. I needed to add information to my flight and no one responded to my email and I was again passed around from person to person having to repeat my requirements. Not recommended!
