“travel republic customer service”

very disappointed with the customer service, to ring them nobody seemed to want to answer the phone, it took at least 3 to 4 go to talk to someone meanwhile i have this annoying music, i must have spend an hour all in all to talk to some on so very disappointed

then at the hotel on our last night someone called and he said we have a welcome pack and could we meet him the following day, what!!! we are leaving early in the morning he laughed so what sort of agent is travel republic using???
