“Painful experience and totally unhelpful”

How I wish I had read this before being suggested Withy King by Chancellors! All of what you say is totally true... I never have my calls returned or my emails answered... I have taken to calling the main reception or assistants in order to get an answer. I've just spoken to my sols assistant to be told she is unavailable and very busy in meetings - But on pushing for information the assistant "bumped" in to her and could answer some of my queries...
I have had guesstimates at my exchange date for weeks now and even though this friday has been suggested, they are still awaiting "certain things"... Nothing is being chased or done... Shocking service and making the whole sale process (which is chain free on both sides) incredibly painful.

Chancellors get paid by Withy King for sending clients over.
