“Kings Hotel Belfast NOT RECOMMENDED!”

I am happy with the service from Laterooms.com, HOWEVER the hotel contacted us after we booked and told us that we could not book so far in advance! This was just an E mail. I rang and spoke to a female and she confirmed the fact. I explained that I was competing in the World Police and Fire Games and I needed to book early , as they recommended that everything would get booked up. I spoke to the male owner, and he still said it was too early. You as a company need to check with this hotel re their booking policy. They should not be on your website if they are not going to honour a booking made. They clearly had not told you , because you sent me a reminder about my booking, that they did not honour.
I made a booking through WPFG booking service in the end. There are 15,000 athletes going on this trip and you are missing out due to hotels like this!!!
BTW I was trying to book @ 8 months prior to travel ... is that too early?!
