“No customer care do not use ”

after having enterprise hire care through land rover when car was in for a service,
My partner left box paperwork on back seat contacted the office ASAP and box was dropped of at his office next morning,

Partner noticed paperwork was out of order and the camera was which inside the box was missing.

Land rover fantastic and now have a investigation in the matter

Enterprise, most unhelpful rang twice after not hearing back from them. With the response we are not liable. I am aware they are not liable for lost or damage items however this is a stolen item as I assume they keep cars on sightand locked.

The dep manager Beckie at the Cheltenham branch most u helpful with a we could not care less attitude.
I asked if investigation took place no response
Also for policy and procedures for this matter no response.

And just putting the phone down a complete waste of time I would never use them.

As I feel This is a case of theft now of to the place as I do not believe reputable companies should not let there staff go intp peoples personal belongings.
