Was initially wary due to other reviews, and subsequently wasted a lot of time and effort trying to do it myself.
Ended up going for it - there are very few options for unlocking a T-mobile iPhone4 in the UK.
It took just over ten business days to complete (ie 2 weeks) - was getting nervous, but searched on the site and got the message that the unlock was complete. Didn't get an email advising this, but when I emailed FoneFun they got straight back to me and informed me that all I had to do was insert the new SIM card into the phone and plug into iTunes. The activation initially failed (servers busy?) but when I retried by unplugging USB lead and plugging in again, it worked! Phone working fine. I'd give 5 stars, but the price still seems steep for this service (though cheaper than most others), however it's better than trying to go it alone.
The customer service seems very good with swift email replies.
Overall I'd recommend this service.
