WRITE A REVIEW

“Awful, awful, awful”

Had to use this lot for insurance claim. Repeated calls, on hold for over 45 mins. Goalposts coninually moving. Despite lengthy conversations about stem and handlebar sizes fitted at no cost originally by LBS (as you would expect) Wheelies refused, then team leader claimed conversation had never taken place. Still waiting for kit...... Will be changing insurers to a company that does not use this outfit
