Seemed like and easy way to book hotel accommodation for myself and my elderly father. However, on arrival at the hotel they had no record of my reservation, my father's yes, mine no. Fortunately my father had printed off his copy of the confirmation email which clearly stated that we had booked two rooms for two nights. Again, fortunately the hotel had an empty room that they upgraded me to, otherwise we would have been left to find alternative accommodation as I could not have left my father there alone and stayed in another hotel myself. Very poor service on the part of LateRooms which does not give me confidence to book with them again. The hotel commented that this was not the first time that they had had this problem with LateRooms - and the last time they were not able to offer another room to the people involved. Big thanks to the hotel though, for saving the day.
