I'll make this simple. F k quality, f k value - if the product never arrives, then you have not bought anything, and the company hasn't sold anything - they've just stolen from you. WAY passed delivery date, and the company REFUSES to provide any proof that they've even sent the f king package. I can't help but thinking that they don't get away with this s t with UK citizens. I'll just call VISA and report the charge as fraud.
