“Appalling Service! DON'T USE THEM!”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TOO BE TAKEN FOR A MUG!!!
I don't believe this is a genuine company, I initially tried to contact yourticketmarket.com for information about reading festival tickets, after leaving over 6 messages for someone to call me back I still did not receive any response. I called a 7th time to be to be assured by a man that a 'manager' would return my call after his 'meeting'...4 hours later....surprise surprise, no response! I called again and finally got through to this so called manager, I could hear traffic and street noise in the background (if this was a genuine company I'm pretty sure they wouldnt have they're desk outside!?) he was rude and unprofessional and made no attempt whatsoever in showing any interest in my concerns, which just reaffirms that this company is bad. I went on to say that I had read bad reviews about yourticketmarket to which he replied 'what do you want me to do about it?' And then hung up the phone!
If indeed this company is genuine (unlikely!) then the customer service is appalling! if your tickets don't turn up or turn out to be a fake, don't expect any response by calling the phone number! Stay well away!
