“Delivered to wrong address! ”

I ordered some flowers and a card for a friends birthday and warned my friend that they would be delivered on a certain day. My friend stayed in all day and the flowers never arrived. My friend told me at the end of the day that the flowers never arrived and I checked the tracking of the flowers and it told me the flowers were delivered at a safe place at the front of the house. She checked, but could not find them any where. A neighbour coming back from holiday found them in the front of HER house. How did this happen? The address was clearly on the box, but still managed to be delivered 2 doors down the road! My friend had no message that they had been delivered there and it was fortunate that my friends neighbours came back on that day from holiday, otherwise the flowers could have sat there for days and would only be fit for the compost heap. Tried complaining to delivery company, but they said its not their problem you have complain to Moonpig. It was then that I gave up!!
