I personally don't know anything about floral products and didn't have a clue what I was doing calling flower delivery express, but when I did call the customer service rep was nothing like any customer service rep I have dealt with before. He was very understanding and found the perfect arrangement. When my friend received it she said it was the most beautiful floral product she has ever received!
