My original order was delivered a day late with the wrong items. After contacting Flora Queen their customer service people responded quickly and efficiently in resolving the issues to my satisfaction. The quality of customer service is not measured by customer successes, but how a company responds and handles their customer service complaints. To be candid, I really thought the company would do nothing to resolve the issue. Wow, was I suprised! The service team not only rectified my issues but exceeded my expectations in doing so. I will be back as a repeat customer.
