For the area and money you pay you would think that this would be a well managed gym with quality facilities and great customer service from the manager.
Wrong I've been going there for over 2 years through corporate gym membership with my workplace. Generally there are more people in the gym than it can accommodate so you find yourself time-wasting in the heat with no air conditioning.
The punch bags upstairs have been deteriorating for a while and have now been broken for over 3 weeks. Where was the management of facilities ? surely someone must have seen the deteriorating state and logged it for repairs or replacement parts ? What makes the issue worse is there is a third standing bag which was in the back of a spin class NOT being used. Any decent manager would have ensured that the third bag at least would have been available for use.
What angered me the most about the whole experience was when I asked to speak with the manager. He casually fobbed me off and sent another member of staff to reel off a generic story with no definite information as to when fixes will be taking place.
Speaking with other gym members this tends to be that managers general style of management, disgraceful.
I tried to post a message on their Facebook page and it was ignored, I also sent tweets to their "so called" members help twitter account and have been ignored.
Taken into context the issues experienced have not been the worst however im shocked by the level of customer service from a supposedly top gym that I have paid good money for over 2 Years !!! Avoid !!!
