Switching ISP to Virgin Media, I could still receive but not send emails from my domain name. Virgin Media tried to help, but it was the 123-reg support team who identified the cause as a blacklisted IP address, and after several messages the problem was simply resolved in one day, having been unresolved for nearly a month. I value the team's support and recommend them to other 123-reg customers.
