I ordered the Legally Blonde Diamante Collar and after a couple of weeks I hadn't received it. I called their customer services number and was told I would be emailed back. I wasn't. I called back numerous times and eventually got an email saying to wait another week and I would get it. I didn't. I emailed back countless times and called the number took my times to count and was told she couldn't help me and that I would get an email. I didn't. I then filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back and called again for resolution. The woman said the sales team were busy and that she couldn't put me on hold so would terminate the call to answer another incoming call. I am lucky that I paid with PayPal as that gives me protection however disgusted at awful customer service. My money was taken with nothing to show for it, not an apology or replacement collar. Am appalled. Please avoid this company like the plague because if you don't receive your item you won't ever get a reply. DISGRACEFUL.
